For unopened and unused items, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy, provided the items are in their original condition with no wear marks and with all labels still attached. Sealed packages that have been opened by you cannot be returned.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, email us directly, and we’ll arrange a local DHL pickup for your convenience.

For Non-Leather Products

1. Use lukewarm water and a gentle, neutral detergent; avoid bleach. Hand wash or machine wash in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle.
2. Air dry flat or hang in a shaded area; do not tumble dry or expose to high heat.
3. Slight pilling or shedding is normal; consider replacing every 2-3 months for hygiene, even if undamaged.

For Leather Products

1. Wipe the surface with leather cleaner; reverse side plush can be hand washed or dry cleaned.
2. Air dry in a cool, ventilated area; avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.
3. Do not iron or soak; slight wear and tear is normal with use.
